Get Lost or Get Dead - Original EP

by Death Ray Vision

1.
SHATTERED FRAMES Ill never trust it Ill never trust in it again I've learned I've been burned But I got up and walked away With no regrets I have always bled for you Cold suffocation In the form of booze and pills Shattered frames All you saw just falls away Now your faith is dying Could you believe? Who you deceive yourself for me? Ill be right here smiling Cold blood has rusted Icy fingers, dead caress You always knew the fear was true You never listened never listened to yourself No breaking out, faith is doubt Deceiving Twisting my mind Believe me Ill end your life Could you believe? Would you deceive yourself for me? Ill be right here smiling Shattered frames All you saw just falls away Now your faith is dying...

Get Lost Or Get Dead The possibilities just pass us by again You'd think you would see That life can become all you want it to be Ignoring the present We live for future dreams A prisoner of fate Trapped between lies Obstacles that we create Sick of waiting for the end Bring it down on me There's nothing left to lose Once you're lost Our contempt will breed Fueled by abandoned dreams Even worse then it seems We have no reasons left to believe A new day will dawn If we rise to face it We can not fail We can not let evil prevail Sick of waiting for the end Bring it down on me There's nothing left to lose Once you're lost We will Rise again The day is ours
3.
Not For Glory What are you searching for? Search for a savior All you find is me Won't be no miracles Just a plague on humanity When will you see That with every breathe that you breathe You're one step loser to the end? The march begins Moving slowly towards the edge Fueled by your screams And dreams of destiny Try to fight it But there's a better way Can't ever hide it All you reach for Will be pulled away Prepare to receive Murder, death and disease From dust we all rise And soon dust we shall be Try to fight it But there's a better way Can't ever hide it All you reach for Will be pulled away Killers born and bred To never yield till he lay dead One who fights for blood Not for glory

DROWN THE LIGHT The whiskey saturates And the day is renewed You keep your guilt Ill keep my free will Embrace the darkness As we watch the daylight die Had to see this city bleed To know that its alive And who will you pretend to be? Another new identity Is this a ride worth dying for? Pushing forward As the blind leads the blind Betrayed by horror Of the past you left behind I'm still crawling On these broken knees of mine Rain keeps falling Drowns the light you'll never find And who will you pretend to be? Another new identity Intoxication sets you free Driven to insanity Watch the fire rising Is this a ride worth dying for? Awaken darkness Drown the light

about

Current members of Killswitch Engage and Shadows Fall and ex members of Overcast and Cannae have combined forces in the new project DEATH RAY VISION. These veterans of the Boston metal scene play a raw brand of metallic hardcore that recaptures the energy of their old school hardcore roots infused with all they have learned and experienced as musicians over the past decade. The songs are short blasts of energy and intensity built on thrash metal rhythms and chugging guitar riffs. DEATH RAY VISION recalls the insanity of the old hardcore days while remaining focused on destroying the future.
